Despite the issuance of lookout notice, Punjabi pop singer Jarnail Singh alias Jelly,  foiled for nearly three years in the case of rape, blackmail and abduction with Punjabi Model and Actress, surrendered in Phase 1 police station in Mohali, after which The police arrested him and produced him before the court and received remand for two days.
According to information, this matter came to light in October 2014. The model had alleged that he had to learn music. During this, he met Jarnail Singh alias Jelly, after which Jelly assured that he would teach him to sing.

One day,Jelly called her to a flat in her Sector-57 flat on the pretext that her companions were already there. During this, they added a drug in cold drink, which after drinking it became unconscious and the accused gangrapped with him. Jelly had also prepared her video, after which she was scared that if anyone told her, then her video would be put on the internet. Jelly’s colleague Maninder Manga, Yar Chhinda and Charanpreet Goldy were also absconding, who are still absconding.

The show was also being held abroad
The accused and his colleagues had lodged a FIR in Phase 1 police station but the accused had been showcasing in Punjab for a long time due to the loose attitude of the police. He performed many shows in Punjab and Haryana and in the meantime he came to know that he went to Surry (Canada) and was also doing a show there. When the accused was found to leave Canada, a lookout notice was issued against him. It is learned that the case is registered against the accused in Chandigarh too.
