Police launched a campaign to teach traffic rules to children

AMRITSAR, May 20 (YP Bureau) With the intent of approving the traffic rules in the younger generations to prevent accidents due to frequent road accidents, the Police Commissioner Mr. S Srivastava and ADC Traffic S. Traffic Police, Amritsar under the guidance of Gurcharan Singh, has arranged to teach the traffic rules to the children studying in schools and colleges in the city. Under this, information about the government’s rules and regulations regarding road migration is being thoroughly informed where children are being provided with proper classes by visiting special schools in schools and colleges. A special camp was organized in Government Senior Secondary School Town Hall in this regard today. Paramjit Singh, HC Salwant Singh, HC Kanwaljit Singh gave information about traffic rules to the children. In addition, the newly released Motor Vehicle Act was educated. On this occasion, the school principal Balwinder Singh and staff were also present, who decided to give this knowledge to the general classes.


S. Paramjit Singh said that after providing conformity with the traffic rules, pamphlets were distributed to the general public on the street with the help of children. The NCC cadet told people to drive, driving vehicles behind the jabr crossing, wear helmets, seat belts, and do not accelerate the speed of the vehicle. These children also urged the general public not to take three riders on motorcycles and two other wheelchairs.
